RoamReviews of roamluggage.com

Had an issue with the luggage and they handled it properly very quickly.

Great website, easy to design bag and great service. carryon bag is exceptional

I genuinely love my Roam Luggage suitcase. The 360° wheels glide effortlessly, even when the bag is fully packed, which makes airport sprints and uneven sidewalks way less stressful. One of the biggest selling points for me is the lifetime warranty. I actually had a zipper break after heavy use, and Roam made the replacement process easy and hassle-free, which says a lot about standing behind your product. I’m also a huge fan of the customization. The color options are fun and modern, and being able to mix colors, add a monogram, and truly make the suitcase your own makes it feel personal instead of cookie-cutter. On top of that, the suitcase is lightweight, surprisingly roomy, and easy to store when not in use. After a lot of travel and wear, this luggage has proven itself. Thoughtful design, great customer service, and durability that actually holds up. Highly recommend for anyone who travels often and wants something that works hard and still looks good doing it. ✈️🧳

I bought my first bag from Roam last December and love it! It looks like nothing else out there - bright blue and purple (I am a bright colors kind of person). They let you customize it however you want, but my favorite things about it is how light it is and how crazy fast the wheels work. I can barely push it at the airport and it literally glides in front me - i have to be careful it doesn't take off without me! I get lots of compliments - highly recommend Roam to anyone looking to upgrade and anyone tired of their old luggage breaking.
