**EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
**EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED — UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES!** Estes Drive-Longview, TX Location I am beyond disappointed with my experience at RNR Tire Express. What should have been a simple and straightforward business transaction has turned into an unnecessary financial headache. Based on my experience, this establishment seems far more concerned with collecting payments than ensuring customers fully understand what they are agreeing to. **My biggest concern is the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability.** Customers should not have to discover the hard way that they may end up paying significantly more than anticipated because of terms buried in the fine print. Yes, customers have a responsibility to read their contracts, but businesses should also make a genuine effort to clearly explain payment terms, important deadlines, and potential financial consequences. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I even referred my spouse to this establishment, only for him to experience billing concerns of his own. He noticed additional withdrawals from his account that he did not expect. After paying off his account, he made it clear that he would NEVER return. I felt terrible for referring him, especially since I later realized I was experiencing similar frustrations myself. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, **Mr. Lyons**, I was extremely disappointed with his response. He essentially explained that their responsibility was to provide the contract and attempt to explain it to customers. Beyond that, customers were responsible for understanding the terms. I specifically questioned why customers are not given courtesy reminders when approaching the deadline for their **Same Day as Cash** payoff option, especially when missing that deadline can result in significantly higher costs. According to Mr. Lyons, those reminders are not provided. Yet somehow, the company has no problem sending payment request text messages, even when payments have already been automatically drafted from customers' accounts! **How can a company consistently communicate when it wants money but not when a simple reminder could potentially save its customers money?** To make matters worse, I specifically requested **biweekly payments**, yet my account was placed on a **weekly payment schedule**. This created additional frustration and raised serious concerns about how carefully customer payment arrangements are being handled. I am also disappointed with the financial department's handling of these issues. In my opinion, there needs to be far better attention to detail, communication, and accountability. I am now questioning whether some of these billing practices comply with applicable consumer protection laws, and I fully intend to look further into my rights and available options. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I previously trusted this business enough to recommend it to others. I had several more people in mind to refer, but after these experiences, **I WILL NOT be recommending RNR Tire Express to anyone.** With the economy already placing so much financial pressure on hardworking families, the last thing customers need is to feel misled, overlooked, or unsupported by a business they trusted. **To anyone considering doing business with RNR Tire Express: PLEASE read every detail of your contract, verify your payment schedule, monitor your bank account, and pay very close attention to any promotional payoff deadlines. Do not assume someone will contact you before an important deadline passes.** And to anyone who has experienced similar issues with this company, I encourage you to speak up and share your experience. Customers deserve transparency, fairness, and respect. **RNR Tire Express has completely lost my trust and my business. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!**
