The TERRIBLE ATTITUDEand the ARROGANCE was AWFUL!
The TERRIBLE ATTITUDE is the first thing you'll notice about their staff. I feel like they don't know what polite and wasn't trained with basic courtesy. The experienced we had was HORRIBLE, and though they're undeniably talented, the ARROGANCE was just AWFUL!
