I spoke to Tim Poole yesterday and he was WONDERFUL! He spent close to 2 hours on the phone with me, going over my debts, my credit card accounts and helped me to understand the process. He was very personable as we shared some of life’s stories which made me feel like I mattered and was not just another notch in the companies belt. He reassured me that I was not the only one with this kind of issue which made me more relaxed to keep me from the stress of beating myself up for getting in a bad situation due to one of life’s many obstacles. Thank you Tim, you are greatly appreciated for all your help and attention I so desperately needed. 🤩
