I have never dealt with this company…
I have never dealt with this company before until my credit union completed a merger with them. My credit union is Advantis. After the merger, things are usually bumpy so I understand that. The computer system would stop working after several hours in the evening and customer service line would be a long wait and I understand, but recently, I have a problem with a $100 charge. I contacted them through email. Several days later, I was told they were investigating so I waited. A week past, nothing happened so I called in and waited for about 40 minutes. Talked to someone and reported fraud. Finally, the person decided to send a new card but nothing is happening with the charge? Normally, I would be given a discretionary credit and an email while the bank complete their investigation. Nothing. I used chat to talk to a customer support person yesterday and he was unable to help me because he cannot verify me due to the fact that he could not share my screen? Have you heard of such a thing? He is unable to do anything else to help. Do not use this company. They are bad. I have several credit unions. BECU, AFCU, Advantis, ColumbiaCU, and I am telling you, don't.
