What an absolutely incredible experience. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Nate, Alycia, and Grace are something truly special. Each brings a unique perspective, teaching style, and depth of knowledge shaped by years of dedication to both traditional and modern sauna culture. Their passion is contagious, and the way they complement one another creates an exceptional learning environment. What impressed me most was their ability to transform a room full of strangers into a genuine community. They intentionally created a space where people felt safe to be open, vulnerable, and authentically themselves. The result was far more than a training course. It was a meaningful, shared experience that fostered connection, growth, and trust. I arrived knowing no one and left with not only a wealth of knowledge and practical skills, but also lasting friendships and valuable connections within the sauna industry. The generosity, authenticity, and expertise that Nate, Alycia, and Grace bring to this program are truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and would encourage anyone with an interest in traditional Sauna culture, take this course. It exceeded every expectation.

I had an incredible experience with Ritual Heat. The training was thorough, robust, and exceptionally well structured, with a great balance of education, practical hands-on techniques, and opportunities to put what we were learning into practice. The pace of the program was excellent, and the trainers created a safe and supportive environment that made it easy to learn, experiment, ask questions, and grow in confidence. The community aspect was just as special. The social events and time spent connecting with the trainers and other participants made the experience feel genuinely collaborative rather than simply like a training course. Most of all, the people were amazing; knowledgeable, passionate, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. I left feeling inspired, confident in what I had learned, and excited to continue developing my skills. I would highly recommend Ritual Heat to anyone interested in serious, high-quality thermal and sauna education.
