Wow! I can truly say Ritual has lived up to their reputation. I was making a purchase for a taroma lite plus and had a special request. Not only did Patrick accommodate my request but went above the call of duty. They have a customer for LIFE now!!!!

Great products of course, and Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew the options available and chose the right ones. Very clear that he wants satisfied and repeat customers, not just their money.

I ordered from ritual and Patrick was super helpful, it's nice to actually get a great personal experience with online shops these days but these guys knock it out of the park I'll be ordering again for sure

Very easy to find what I was looking for. I had visited the site on several occasions knowing I was going to order the ceroma. The only thing that would have made it even better if there were drop down adapters available. I'm it usee if they were at one time but remember seeing them on a site not that long ago.

Thanks for the support AJ and hope you're loving the Ceroma! Appreciate the suggestion on drop down adapters, we're always looking to expand our glass accessories and we'll definitely look to add some of those to the store soon.
