LoL and TFT are insanely toxic games and Riot does nothing about it. You end up feeling worse after playing these games than before you played them.

I Think you should reconsider your perma banning policy. In my case, my account was banned a year ago now, because of “verbal abuse”, I Got banned at a time where I was dealing with some personal problems. However I feel like I have changed a lot in the last year, and I would really like to start playing LOL again. Therefor I would really love for my account to get unbanned I can’t see any reasson to why this shouldn’t be possible, afterall I can just create another account anyway.
