a panel of my Velaria door exploded while the house was empty and closed and the account manager did not have any explanation other than a preset letter saying it was not their fault, took two months to reply that I had to buy a new one at my own expense. Not the right attitude for a brand that wants to be considered premium.

I highly recommend this brand. Best design and very high quality. The sales person was very professional and helpful. The products were also delivered on time (Manta table in 2016 , and Tray coffee table in 2022 )and the quality was highly satisfying. Definitely worth reinvesting!
