Absolutely shambolic
Absolutely shambolic , signs everywhere saying ‘free parking’, with floor 4-6 in smaller writing underneath, parked on what I counted as floor 4 (was 3.5) and realised my error when I took the stairs to the ground. Returned to car after less than 5 mins to find a parking violation on my car, nobody around to speak to, must’ve been watch cars considering the short time span I was away from my car.
