1 Star — Ridge Wallet: Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Difficult to Use I purchased a Ridge Wallet expecting a premium, well-engineered product. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but premium. First, one of the screws actually fell out of the wallet. For a product marketed around durability and quality, that's completely unacceptable. Second, getting my credit cards out of this wallet is incredibly frustrating. I have difficulty with my hands, and the design makes something as simple as retrieving a credit card unnecessarily difficult. A wallet should make your life easier, not require a wrestling match every time you need to pay for something. I've already contacted Ridge about these issues. Here's my question for Ridge: Why should customers pay premium prices for a wallet that loses screws and makes accessing their own credit cards so difficult? If you have arthritis, reduced hand strength, or limited dexterity, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing this wallet. Good looks and clever marketing don't mean much when a product struggles with the two things that matter most: durability and everyday usability. Ridge, I'd appreciate a public response explaining how you intend to address these problems.
