This is the third Association Academy course I have taken to earn my CAE continuing education credits. Chris is an excellent instructor, knows the marketplace well, and is always willing to share his expertise with the class - all while maintaining a sense of humor. I also want to thank Laura for keeping the webinar classes on point, managing all of the behind-the-scenes work. I am so glad that I discovered them.

Another great course from Ricochet. I came away with a lot of practical tips and techniques, as well as new ideas and ways to think about the every day work I deal with as an association professional. I appreciated the use of AI in this course - it was a practical tool that generated interesting results.

This course was excellent, with well-structured sessions that covered essential, practical SEO strategies and tools. The instructor was thorough and easy to follow, and shared both specific, actionable steps for assessing and making on-page improvements to building cross-links with other organizations.

Excellent training sessions that enabled me to create things I could only imagine previously. I was so impressed by the sharing in each session among the attendees (MANY MANY of them) and the instructor was great! It stayed interesting and relevant, how can you ask for more?!
