Unreliable and Disingenuous
Michael Cook came for an appointment on 6 July 2026 to take details for a quote for new windows for my house. I was advised a quote would be forthcoming. As I'd received nothing I phoned him on Monday 17 August stating he had been to my property on 6 July. He suggested I check my spam emails (which I had already done). I was told by him that he was with a customer and would call me back that day. Several days on there has been no phone call and no further communication. I knew I would not get a phone call back because when I called on 17 August he didn't even ask my name before ringing off! If, for some reason, they don't want to do the job they should just say so. He even suggested that I consider using their company for the building of a planned extension so there was potentially a decent profit for them so I'm mystified by the attitude.
