I found Ricard on Youtube. I was really impressed with his insights and clarity. His examples made a lot of sense to me too. Since then I've booked over 10 sessions with Ricard, and I have to say, I always came out impressed and grateful for the valuable things he shared with me. Ricard is incredible, genuine, and so helpful! Thank you Ricard!

After suffering a very serious hearing loss and having difficulty organizing my thoughts and feelings, I was introduced to mindfulness techniques by Ricard over the course of 8 sessions. The result was overwhelming for me: I learned to deal with the loss and my inner pain, was able to regain my concentration and have been able to focus much better on important things ever since. The techniques I learned are very practical for me and can also be used in everyday life.

I have been practicing meditation for a few years, but I felt that I wasn't making much progress in the last couple of years. I was sitting every day. I did some retreats, but nothing groundbreaking really happened. Ricard did a great job showing me all the mistakes I was making and focus my practice in a way that was way easier and way more successful. Now I do feel peace every single time I sit and I enjoy it a lot. I'm very excited about learning what is possible to achieve. Thanks a lot Ricard!!!
