This company is a scam. They take your money and it’s impossible to get a refund. Buyer beware!jul

Dresses arrived late- and had tailoring flaws.Contacted customer service- they only wanted to know if I wanted a re-size. I did not- requested refund and return label. No response for days despite repeated requests. Will not ever do business w them again-“customer service” is a joke!!! UPDATE- contacted customer service every.single.day. They did respond- they DEFINITELY do not want the items back and you must pay shipping. They did ( supposedly) eventually refund the amount I requested and I had to keep the flawed dresses. Also told them dresses were NOT made in U.S. as advertised- all packing and mailing materials clearly marked “ made in China”. False advertising and also found same dresses for 1/3 less on other websites! Never again!

I just received 2 dresses in the mail today from this company which look like they were made from Kleenix tissue, look nothing like the online picture and I am having a very difficult time even getting in touch with the service line for customer service. These dresses were 48.99 a piece and the quality is worth a dime. I cannot find a phone number to speak to anyone. And their refund policy states if they find a reason for a refund is only how you get it. No customer satisfaction. How do they run a business with such negative reviews!!!!!! Never again!!!!

I ordered three of these dresses because I thought they were made in the U. S. When they arrived the labels say, made in China. The fabric is very thin and cheap. I have been trying for three weeks to make a return but unsuccessful. I hope Reyhy will stand by their claim of returnable and give a full refund. I believe this company is making fraudulent claims….a big scam if they do not return my money.

Please do not order from this site. It’s a SCAM. Don’t waste your time. The material is awful and a knockoff of the product. No customer service at all and can’t return or get a refund. Very upset.

I give this bogus company a 1, because I couldn't rate it any lower. My wife bought 3 dresses. None of them fit. The material is extremely substandard. The online photos are very deceiving regarding the quality of the material. I contacted the company the day that the dresses arrived, but they WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!! Quote:"The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself." The return address is Dubai! I will NEVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN! And I suggest that you never place an order with them either, unless you like inferior products and want to throw your money away. Their cancelation policy expires before you even receive the product! There is a reason that they have no phone number or physical address in the US, at which to contact them.

I ordered two dresses and one top from this company, paying them an average of $40 for each one. The quality is a joke. They look nothing like the online pictures, and hang on me, almost as bad as wearing a garbage bag. I wasted my money. Please don't waste yours. This company said they were based in North Carolina, but they don't even offer a phone number anywhere on their website, which I didn't notice until too late. Even their location is a scam.

I ordered two dresses. The sizes are 2-3 sizes off. I have emailed service@reyhy every day for return information and have never received a response. I cannot find a phone number to call.
