The pants looked cute on Facebook. Not so cute when I got them in the mail. Hem wasn’t finished properly and print is speckled on one leg and not on other. No manufacturer label inside garment and I highly doubt they were manufactured in USA as they claimed. I can’t find a website, 800 number or way to return them. My credit card company didn’t have any data on merchant. Looks like I’m out $54.98. No more impulse buys on FB!

Horrible! They claim they return, but offered me $18 and told me to keep my product on a $125 order. I said no, I want my full refund as advertised. They told me the shipping would b e at my expense. Still waiting if they will give me full refund and how much shipping will cost me. Do not order from this company!!

Worst customer service ever. You buy an item said made in Carolina but you have to return it to Dubai at your expense. They offer you $33 on a $85 dollar purchase. Ordered a size that fits me in any other website but this small was two sizes too big. Can only deal with them on email and they do not answer all your questions. There are too many good other websites that I would suggest you use. Dealing on just email to me is unprofessional. To send a 1 pound package to Dubai is $30. Horrible horrible customer service.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are not honoring their return policy. All items need to be returned and their first offer was for me to keep items for a credit of $15 on a $142.47 charge. Then they offered a best of $70. credit. No I want to return items for full credit and the say I need to return to Dubai! I state that their website says a"30 Day Money-Back Guarantee" and "Our products are all made in USA, and we have warehouses in the US/CAN/UK/AUS. Your items will be delivered from the warehouse which is close to you for faster delivery." I get a curt email back stating to return to Dubai!

If you think you will want to return anything you order, don't order. There is no customer service. You will be stuck with an unwearable product. Material is horrible. So very sorry I ordered from this place. IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN,
