Anywhere else it would be a crime
Weekly clean checks - invasive, annoying Did nothing about my complaints about frequent loud noise during quiet hours awhile back - lawsuit-worthy Did nothing but defend themselves when I slipped and fell real bad on all the ice outside their property that they wouldn't clean up awhile back - lawsuit-worthy Management regularly messing up - Not surprising, but still not ok Not that close to campus - could be worse? A normal property management company would not allow themselves to mess up this bad. Anywhere else... operating in this manner would basically be a crime with all the lawsuits they would have to go through. Apparently they can get away with it as BYUI approved housing, though. Only stayed to avoid moving around so much. I figured if I moved it may get even worse.
