The Sovereign Genesis ProjectReviews of rewindyourage.org

Five stars. Absolutely thrilled. If you're on the fence, let me just say it plainly: start following Kimrewinds on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook) and start the Sovereign Genesis Project. I started Sovereign Genesis Project in June, and I'll be honest — it felt like a lot. Starting something new. Making the changes I needed to see different health results. I'm 47, in peri-menopause, and I've been on testosterone for six years now — since 2020. I've been gaining weight, low energy, and simply feeling older than I am. The program is broken into cycles, and I'll be real with you: my summer was packed, and I couldn't jump in and work the whole system perfectly. So I did what I could do. I committed to staying in Cycle One until I could actually wrap my life around it properly — and I'm still there. Here's the part that blew me away: in less than 30 days of working parts of the protocol — just the pieces I could manage — I was able to cut my testosterone dosage in half. The changes I was able to make are already showing up in real time. My youth is being renewed. I'm so grateful to Kim for this program and for helping me reset my life.

The Sovereign Genesis Project is easily the best program for anti-aging and longevity out there. It provides spiritual principles backed by scientific cellular and mitochondrial epigenetics in order to present a true route to turn back the clock on biological aging. This has transformed my life and the steps are easy to follow! I have knees that were diagnosed as "wheelchair bound" by the time I would be 50. They feel revived, I can lift weights again. So many shifts in my body have been profound in energy, sleep and complete rejuvenation. I can't wait to progress further into the program as Kim unravels more throughout the months ahead! You do have to be very consistent to get the best results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The principles in this program have been incredibly life-giving. The accountability and structure it offers, combined with ease and generosity of spirit, enable me to experience deeper rest, more naturally energized mornings, and a greater sense that life is worth living for a long while into the future.
