Initial Payment Issue – Now Resolved
Update: This matter has now been resolved and the outstanding balance for my work has been settled. My earlier review reflected my experience during a period when invoices remained unpaid and my work was being used without authorization. After further communication, we were able to reach a settlement and close the matter. I appreciate that the issue has now been addressed.
