Yep agreed with all the reviews ordered on November 13th and nothing yet! To shady to answer emails! Going to bank to dispute charge, because it’s frustrating and fraudulent at this point

After waiting ages for it to arrive to find what an absolute pile of rubbish this is!!! Would not give it to anyone as a present. First and last time I ever buy a present not from someone I recognise.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Horrible customer service EXPERIENCE. I ordered end of October 1 month later arrives with mixed instructions. Says it has a special charger included & wasn't with the shipment. I have emails from a month back & forth CLAIRE in customer Service doesn't have a clue. All I ask is for the charger she goes on tell me to take pictures of the box they sent me. As of December 18th nothing is resolved
