Waiting for a month now
Don't order!! I placed my order a month ago and have not received anything. Customer service keeps putting me off. I don't expect a parcel from the US to arrive in Europe after 2 days (if it's not Express), but a month until it even "crosses borders" is definitely too much. Something is off here. >> REPLY TO YOUR ANSWER - This means of transportation is exactly what you promote on your website: "We now use Passport® for our international orders. For our most popular major destinations, it's a simple $10 USD flat-rate, regardless of order size / value. For others, live rates appear at checkout. We only charge what the carrier charges. Our $10 USD flat-rate shipping destinations: Canada, all EU member countries**, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore...." As a customer you are made to believe that this is a good way to ship. And: the delay does not have anything to do with German customs, but with transport from the States. I wrote to you on the 16th of June (Placed the order on the 26th of May), it was still in Jersey/US then, and a few days later: still in Jersey/US. You state at first, that usually international delivery takes from 7-10 days. Then: our shipping provider asks that you allow at least 21 working days for DELIVERY". It is workday 23 now and the parcel is not in Europe - it says (on your website): Crossing the border Jun 23 12:00 LOS ANGELES, CA, US I have never experienced shipping like this from the States, if ordered via the Economic rate, rather than the Express rate.

At checkout, you opted for our slower DDU shipping, which is only $10 USD. It is an economical service, but slower since Germany Customs and the postal service has to perform accounting to collect the VAT tax owed before delivery. We warn to always allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for the international transit and processing. Your parcel was scanned as "Crossing The Border" a few days ago, and should be delivered soon. It has been 22 business days since you ordered and as mentioned you will want to allow 28 business days or so for DDU delivery. Jersey is the COUNTRY of Jersey, not the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is an EU regional sorting facility in Northwestern Europe. But often that is just where the tracking events originate and does not indicate the actual whereabouts (for example, your tracking today shows "Jersey-The shipment is transported to the destination country/region and handed over to the delivery organization there." I.E., the parcel is in the country of Germany, not the country of Jersey. Coincidentally, Germany is eliminating DDU service next week permanently, so in the future Germany customers will pay taxes at checkout, and the delivery process will be much faster. Thank you for your understanding.
