For customer service all you have to do is react on discord. In under 20 second, you instantly have a reply from one of the staff members. Their service is so good and they never slack due to having different management teams for the best customer service performance. Any solution, suggestions or inquiries you ever have can be dealt with by their customer service.

Here is my experience with Revivenode First of all, this was my first time buying from a hosting service. At first, I decided to buy their VPS option to host multiple Minecraft servers and it was alright. I ended up deciding I didn't like that so I just bought their actual Minecraft 6GB plan. Which was better lol. To be honest, it's decent specs for a solid price. If you are looking to host a big server or a server for you and your friends, I highly recommend Revivenode.
