Good service, fast support

Great service and amazing prices. I had many problems with my server but their staff team helped me out!

no problem with them at all, really fast support, fix you problems really quick but would be easier to have some kind of support directly in the website, the only support you can have is through discord

I purchased a Discord Bot Service and immediately got an issue, this issue was left unresolved for some time but it turns out it was a one time issue and it was just inconvenient for me, but I'm sure they have fixed the issue for future clients, has some things that could be improved such as response times but those are all situational, not a bad service and works flawlessly for my needs.

I haven't had any problems with Revivenode up until now, and the majority of the problem is my fault. Please make sure you are purchasing a powerful enough server to run Minecraft versions 1.13+. For example, if you buy a 1gb server for 1.16, it won't work because of lag. I would avoid store credit at all costs- if they refund you, they only refund the base you paid. Not the store credit you redeemed on the server. Good service, just that problem.

I had problems with my server hosting and the support is not bad, but it takes 2 hours to respond.
