Ok I would like to tell you I'm not someone who uses email very much and this is a learning experience for me . Found the Chocolates in the box I thought they we're something to keep the box fresh.

I noticed a difference pretty quickly
I noticed a difference pretty quickly. I felt more energetic, it helped my bowels move better, I don't have that foginess feeling, and I sleep better.

Productive bowel movements
I have a good soft bowel moment in the morning getting rid of unwanted toxins from the nite before. With no running off during the day.
