Good morning, the product I ordered has not yet arrived I hope it arrives soon because otherwise I'll give up Good day Good morning, I take this opportunity here to reply to your response as written by me. Do you find it unfair to receive one star? So next time you organize yourself differently if you have problems with orders I receive products arriving from abroad for the pro almost every day, but when there are problems I am automatically notified with an email. Also because the product was not for me but to give as a gift. Are you a large company? Then get organized. I would never order here again. Greetings

Please note that your order was shipped within the stipulated 14 business days, as per our delivery policy indicating a timeframe of 10 to 20 business days for European orders.
