Karen Goetz was absolutely delightful to work with. From the start I felt nothing but confidence and was impressed with rapid and honest answers. I don't have sufficient words except to say "thanks for a job well done'. The time given was most appreciated.

Just closed my Reverse Mortgage a few days ago. Adam Garrett and Harry Castilow did a great job. Time-responsive, accurate, knowledgeable and professional. Happy to answer your questions, provide supplemental information, and help you understand the whole process. I would recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends looking for a Reverse Mortgage.

I found working with Reverse Motgages.com, Inc was very easy. Their staff was very knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. A lot of paperwork involved but handled well. I especially want to thank Abigail Ladlie, Senior Loan Officer for walking me thru the process and closing my loan.

We had no problems, all our questions were answered. We recently retired and this will be the first month in my 50 years of working without a mortgage payment!!

Abigail L. was a pleasure to work with and our overall experience with this company and the whole process was very positive, from start to finish.

Miss Ladle was great, very easy to work with. William F.Chaney

The reverse mortgage process was a lengthy process. Without the knowledge, help and understanding of our Loan Officer, Lois Martin, I don't feel the final process would of been obtainable. "Hats Off" to Lois!

Although I started my search with a couple of other companies, when I first spoke with Jeff Bailey, I knew that Jeff was very sincere and he made me feel very comfortable that this process might take time but we would works thru the process until completed. I think my circumstances my be a little more difficult than most, however Jeff has worked thru one issue at a time in the most pleasant and respectful manner, all the time giving me encouragement that we will complete the project to my satisfaction.
