Heather and Michelle communicated often and were always willing to answer any questions clearly and thoroughly. Whenever we needed something from them they always responded in short order. Overall, a fairly smothe process in obtaining the reverse mortgage.

This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage so I had a lot of questions in order to decide whether this was what I wanted to do. My first call was answered by a real person, Amber, and she was very helpful in answering any question that I might have and gave a quick description of how the process would go without any pressure to apply. After deciding that this seemed like what I wanted to do, I gave her the information that she needed and shortly thereafter received a complete package that let me make my eventual decision to go ahead with the application. Throughout the whole process, Amber, and later Katy, were always quickly responsive to any questions that came up and kept me informed as to what needed to be done next. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with and my application moved along very quickly to its final approval and closing.
