Charlene is a compassionate, honest, insightful, and supportive counselor! She helped us make the right decisions for us at every juncture.

Charlene is an amazing therapist and wears so many hats! I first hired her in 2018 for marriage therapy with my husband who was very NOT into the idea for therapy, but thankfully VERY into making our marriage a healthy and happy one. We attended weekly therapy with her for about a year, and I continued therapy on my own with her for long after that. Charlene has helped me immensely with various aspects of my life. From work stress, to relationships, to family, friend, and anxiety... she is truly talented in her ability to help her clients in a way that makes sense to them. I truly believe that it is essential for everyone to see a therapist at some point in their lives. Visting Charlene's office totally brightens my day because I always know I'll leave with new knowledge on how to make my own happiness from within. I can't say enough good things about her. If you are nervous or feeling like therapy is for "losers"-- don't. Everyone absolutely feels that way, but Charlene will change your mind completely. Today, my husband is a strong believer in therapy. If you're considering therapy with Charlene or her team, and need a sign, consider this it!!
