Lots of Fun, Lots to Learn
Purchased the Nvidia Shield for my fiance and he loves it. Customer service and support through email answered most of basic questions and we were sent video tutorials on how to use it. I had no idea what to expect and was overwhelmed at first but luckily this was a purchase for him and he was able to access the various folders, cores, and games he wanted. We had been having some issues with control hot keys but only got to play a few times so we've yet to see if it was a controller issue such as a low battery of if there were actual issues with hot keys. Very excited about the endless options of game play but still have a lot of learning to do as we might need to buy another keyboard for some of the hot keys and saving as this might be more user friendly for us.

We have an updated user video coming out on our Youtube channel soon that will cover a bit more stuff, but any issues you are having like with your controller feel free to list them out in an email or message on Facebook and we will work through each of them with you. The system definitely takes some time to adjust to as all things do but anything that is frustrating you, we are here to help!

Gave site a chance. Glad I did. Fair and fast.
These guys looked legit and because the prices were so fair I gave them a chance. After inquiring with a few questions and getting a fast response I ordered the 4 Nintendo 64 USB controllers I had been wanting. The turnaround was quick and the controllers have worked great ever since.

The system is greater than I expected
The system is greater than I expected. The selection is awesome and I like the option of being able to use any controller. I would definitely recommend.
