Retro DriveReviews of retrodrive.store

I wanted to post another review. I have a review on here for one star. I’m having issues removing it. I just want to say Aimee followed up and the company has delivered on what they promised. I’m greatly satisfied give them a try you will be happy!! The one star was due to me being impatient and missing an email on my end.

I've ordered a particular controller back in April and when I got it, it was the wrong one...apparently from what I gathered through the emails is that they were sold out and wasn't updated. I did share pics of the controller and everything. It took them awhile to respond but it also turned out that my email address is a bit confusing but they have stood determined to get in contact with me months later. As of today and a few days, before they are resolving the issue and im beyond satisfied. They really went above and beyond to fix this and I have never seen any other retailer go this far to make sure their customers are satisfied. Please trust in them. Covid has put things in a bind but I assure you. They'll get to you and fix the problem asap. Definitely recommend them for any gaming needs.

***HONEST, REAL, SINCERE REVIEW***saw ad on facebook and been looking for a retro device for awhile. Bought standard retro drive August 2020. Order was processed and shipped out right away. Took about 3-5 days to receive. Overall, this really is a great product. There are a lot of retro devices and such out there but what really made a difference was the excellent customer service provided from Aimee. If there are any problems what so ever it's corrected right away. Emails are answered promtly, and they genuinely care about their services and products. I had a few lag issues on the 64roms/games in which Aimee has taken the time to help fix/correct the issues. Other than that the experience is priceless. All of the SEGA/Nintento/and Super Nintento games I remembered from my child hood right there in one place with priceless memories I get to relive and play. This is a great gift idea for loved ones!

System works amazing and they keep you up to date on any improvements they make to the system. I enjoy the hell out of it and definitely enjoy seeing my kids play games that I used to play all the time back in the day. Definitely suggest you get one

I ordered the deluxe retro drive or whatever and for the most part it didn’t disappoint. I mean mostly because their were a few N64 games that didn’t run perfect but you know what, having literally thousands of other games with NES, SNES, Sega, and all the other was well worth it. I understand it would be slightly cheaper to do it myself if I bout a raspberry pie and then took the time to program it and add thousands of games..... but yeah I’m not going to do that. Take days maybe weeks to get this thing right? Or pay like 50 extra dollars to have it done with what I’ve experienced, the best customer service I’ve I had. Any issue I had was addressed immediately and when I wanted something much stronger that could run everything including GameCube? Without hesitation I was hooked up with a nvidia shield. It is absolutely amazing and I really with big companies looked after you the way I was with retro drive. If they see this review I want them to know I appreciate it. They brought to life an old experience for my wife that was lost with the Dreamcast. A game that cost nearly 300$ and more. Skies of Arcadia. I was able to get that and plus like 10k games... I am more than happy with my purchase. No lies. And help when I needed it. P.s. thank god I copied this texted because my internet just failed then reloaded....

Excellent product and even more excellent customer service. Its rare to find a business that quickly responds to emails and is so willing to help their customers, but Retro Drive does. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would not think twice about buying from them again. Thank you, you have a lifelong customer.

This company has been very helpful with every question and or issue I’ve had. They’re always there to help even though it occasionally may take a day or so to respond they’re very kind and go in depth with their answers. The Fully loaded Nvidia Shield is top notch and I have no complaints whatsoever. If you’re looking for the perfect nostalgic emulator from a great company with 1000’s of iconic games I highly recommend Retro Drive 5 stars!

Yes the pandemic slowed the process down but RetroDrive maintained contact and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.
