I gave a 4 solely because I did not keep the system. Due to a collection of misunderstandings, poor timing and bad luck, I wasnt able to enjoy the system like many who have reviewed. Nonetheless, my interactions with Aimee and the return/refund process was seamless and fast. On a customer service standpoint, great job!

Overall, a fairly intuitive system with a lot of games good to go! There are a few of the more modern titles that are having trouble, but all of the SNES and Sega Genesis titles I tried worked fine. Looking forward to putting more games on the system!

So far i love this device only problem is 64 emulstion games are not playing well some games lock up or wont play but other than that pretty good.

Great retro system. Amiee worked with me to get all my favorite games on the system. Works well and is plug and play. Only complaint is the user interface is a little dull. Highly recommend.
