Outstanding product in its field
Overall, I am VERY pleased with my Nvidia shield! Games all run very smooth, with the exception of a few hiccups with the PS1 and GameCube games, but that’s to be expected. This is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend to any retro video game lover, this thing is a must have for the collector. Only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the long shipping time, Other than that, TOTALLY satisfied! Thank you, Retro Drive!

The retro drive works great
The retro drive works great, but some of the systems doesn't work properly and it is difficult to bluetooth the controller to the system, (hard) and I'm still working on it, need assistant please.

Hey Julian thanks for the kind words I am out of office until tonight but when I get back I will go through emails and definitely help you out. The bluetooth can be a bit difficult but once you understand it, it's very easy to connect. So we will definitely get it figured out for you!

Give them your money its worth ut
I ordered right in the middle of the quarantine. So it took a while to get my package but they were more then willing to explain what was happening. And the shield is everything i wanted and more.

Updated review
So yes I had the initial problems with my shield and unit missing a piece to the power supply so I could not plug it in. Also didn’t get the controller I initially purchased also. Once I got in contact with the company and they reached out to me they fixed the problems and were helpful in doing so.

overall it's good to have your own…
overall it's good to have your own website. It seems a little unfinished to have a page scroll on for a long time and extending the page when clicking on products to view. Opening another page or tabs would improve ease of access and user friendliness. I wish I could find your product on other pages as well as I had a hard time remembering your product name in the sea of other retro consoles listed on other major shipping company sites.

Good product but customer service lacks .
Product turn out to be great ! How ever it took alot longer than expected for item to ship and get to me . Very long delay in customer service response time . I actually was about to report them as a scam and the retro drive showed up . Game works good after you get used to it , they really should put more instructions in the box possibly an instruction manuel of some sort . Just a suggestion .
