Sorry about the delayed shipment we are glad you received it and hoping to hear back from you via email if you are enjoying the system. Though your order went out priority only 3 days after you ordered, 15 days for delivery is extremely long even for the issues USPS has been having so we do apologize for that.

Glitchy system. Case not what pictured. Bait & switch tactic. Zero instructions. YouTube instructions just play video of game being played. Voiced my concerns, did get reply, but no word on solutions. Do not buy!!

Initially swapped the black plastic case for a clear one just because of inventory but we were more than happy to upgrade to the Standard system free of charge so there was no confusion. Though we are not sure if this system will be exactly what Brian is looking for, we are still happy to let him test other systems and of course return the product if that is the preferred route. Sorry about the initial confusion though we are in communication working towards a solution now.

I do not do this lightly, but I'm having major issues with the system I just paid over 200.00 for. I contacted and have been waiting 2 weeks now for a response as to what to do. If we can get this taken care of so the system works I would be thrilled and I would continue to buy product from this company because it truly is amazing to have all these games its like reliving my entire childhood. it would just be a lot better if I could actually play them.

We were in communication via Facebook and email and to avoid your paypal case resolving prior to the system arriving we let the money come back to you as well as shipping the system. Since then we haven't been able to reach you but we are hoping to communicate a resolution with payment or sending the system back.

Have not received my order, nor have my multiple emails been answered. My order was placed early on in January, in the 7th a pre shipment label was issued but USPS has never received the package. I understand businesses get busy, but almost 2 weeks with no response is not acceptable.

I placed an order on Dec. 20 and paid for 2-day shipping. On the 21st I received a shipping notification/tracking number. When Christmas passed and we still didn't receive it, I tracked the number again and it was still in "pre-shipment". I understand that there are shipping delays that are out of the company's hands, so that's not the main issue. Today is January 4 and it is still in "pre-shipment" so according to tracking it hasn't even been received by the USPS! Both my husband and I have contacted support several times and have received no response.

I ordered my retro drive the week before Christmas, knowing regular delivery would be delayed I choose to pay for 2 day shipping knowing it would probably take a week. It took over 3 weeks and I tried contacting them twice with no answer or offer to refund the shipping to me since it took so long. I am not complaining about the product just the customer service. It’s terrible not to even answer an email is not very professional.
