Templates are easy to edit & the AI content was helpful & easy to customise. I use Open Office & not MS Office, so the formatting was a bit off when opening the doc file. I wish there were more job titles to choose from. though

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate it, as it helps us improve and grow. We’re glad to hear you found the templates easy to edit and the AI content helpful. Regarding the formatting issue, some templates are designed specifically for Microsoft Word, so when opened in other programs like Open Office, the layout can sometimes shift slightly. This happens because different programs handle fonts, spacing, and styles in their own way. Downloading the template in Word and making adjustments there usually preserves the design as intended. We also appreciate your suggestion to add more job titles. We’re always looking for ways to expand our options and make the templates even more useful for everyone. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! Best regards, Customer Service Team.

There is a pretty good variety of templates, and it was easy enough to get the information populated in each field. Most of the template options were easy to use, but I couldn't figure out how to change or delete the profile picture that is included in a lot of them. Also, once downloaded, it can be tricky to modify your resume from the word file.

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found a good variety of templates and that it was easy to populate the information in each field. Regarding the profile picture, we understand it can be a bit tricky at first. The reason you might not be able to change or remove it directly in some templates is that the image is sometimes part of the design. However, once you download the file in Word, you can edit it, just right-click on the image and select “Change Picture” or “Delete,” and you’ll be able to customize your resume exactly how you want. We also understand that editing in Word can be a bit challenging at first, but it’s very flexible for adjusting text, formatting, or layout once you get the hang of it. We really appreciate your feedback; it helps us improve and make our templates even easier to use and personalize. Best regards, Customer Service Team.
