Restaurant Equipment Club has the best or one of the best prices on commercial appliances. We have a small grocery store and ordered a display freezer from them. The freezer arrived pretty fast, but with damages and troubles with unloading (no lift gate was available, although requested). These issues were not Restaurant Equipment Club's fault (!). We contacted them right away and they did the exceptional job replacing the item as soon as they were able to. Although not everything went smooth with our first order, we will definitely work with them again, because we know that even if anything happens, they will take care of it. Highly recommend!

I don't own a restaurant but I do buy restaurant equipment for our photography studio that specializes in clients that are food centric. I reached out to Gwyn Panno to purchase a fryer and hood about a year ago. Gwen not only steered me to the right size piece of equipment she also advised me on the correct hood and safety features needed for our studio uses. From this day forward, I only purchase my commercial equipment from Gwyn and Restaurant Equipment Club. They are a discount website but are also my go to people who understand what they're selling. This is a critical difference as much of this equipment is quite dangerous if not used properly. I trust this company and particularly Gwyn. Best, Brett
