Absolute shocking
Shocking do everything they can not to pay on a policy . Have been thrown from excuse to excuse . Now left with a debt of £1240 which should have been covered by my gap policy . Have given me the excuse of my bank cancelled my direct debit set up a new one and that’s the reason I don’t have a claim
