Sleeping so much better!
I am 47 and have been having so many sleep issues that I think are apt to be hormone-related. My ANS scores on my sleep tracker have been awful for a few months and while I've continued with running, I've had a slew of minor injuries. I began taking CBD oil consistently at bedtime and my sleep has improved so much.
