I am elated to have spoken with coach Candice! I realized with her help, how to get the information I need to move forward when the time is right, in this program. Candice was quick to respond to my needs. I am in AWE over this program as with past experiences with weight loss endeavors, I struggled far too long. I misunderstood a couple of issues and am now on the right track with them. We have a plan to keep in touch which gives me the sublime feeling of empowerment! Thank you sooo much Candice! This diet is pretty much the same as the mimic fasting diet by Valter Longo. I bought it because I was curious to see what this miracle diet was. As soon as I read the app I knew it was not for me, so I asked to cancel it. Someone name Ashley email me back telling me that not more charges will be added to my credit card, so I lost $96 bucks, I did not get a refund. If you can eat 500 calories at day two or three times per week you good to go.
