Scam. Have reported to authorities. Do not use.

Took $925.00 AUD and was supposed to offer an unaccompanied minor service from Japan to Sydney but no one turned up as was promised. This is a scam company

This company is a scam. took my credit card details claimed to call the travel agent to secure my ticket as needed my agent authority and never did. Also got hung up on twice. They never attempted to call back. Do not use them even if they sit at the top of your search. Report them to your airline immediately.

SCAMERS AL THE WAY, do not try to change your reservation, luckily got out in time

Sono truffatori!!! Si fanno passare per la compagnia aerea e fanno pagare migliaia di dollari per cambiare voli che in realtà costano poco. State lontani

Such rude telephone staff, got hung up on 5x, how have they got good reviews must be their friends, don't believe me phone them and see the wonderful experience, horrible customer service, soo rude!!!! Get some new stuff such bad manners

Cancelled my families ticket and is now whitholding my money meaning we are unable to make alternative arrangements to return home. Not answering emails or calls. Utterly stressful.

This place is a total scam it’s only one man running this business.
