Adam was very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. He was polite and took time to correct my problem. He definitely is an asset to the company. He made me feel welcomed and wanted. My problem was fixed within a reasonable time frame.

I think this service was great. Very time consuming but this person had a lot patience with me.

Chriss & Michael, is AWESOME.....He is VERY PATIENT AND KIND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS & I APPRECIATE HIM. He fixed my computer and was great speaking with me and telling me to take of myself while coughing in his ear lololol. Thank You Chriss & Michael for your help and concern.

Jack has been a God Send. I new all in one was hacked and the Bit locker shut my system down. I did not have the Bit Locker Recovery Key in order to regain access to my computer and my files. Other tech told me that the only way to have my computer back was to replace or scrub my hard drive and this meant that my files would be destroyed. My manuscript is on my hard drive. So I was very upset. When i finally called the correct and capable tech support Jack assured me that we could unlock my computer and save my files. He did exactly that!!! and I a so relieved that my manuscript is saved and I will go to live my dream of becoming a published author.
