Dishonest company will falsely accuse customers
All I ever wanted was my battery replaced in my MacBook. I signed up for their service for them to do their job. This company sent out a technician without Mac experience to damage my computer. The owner then set out to falsely accuse me of doing the damage to my computer. This is not how a customer should be treated or how a company should practice business.
