I ordered 4 tshirts from Reputatioin.com on 6/22/26 for $59.46. They finally arrived on 7/22/26. I immediately tried one on. It was 2 sizes bigger than what I ordered. The material was so thin it would be inappropriate to wear ANYWHERE even in my own home. I contacted the company the same day they arrived. They offered me a $10 refund and to keep the shirts. I declined. Then they offered $14 and keep the shirts. Again I declined. I even sent them a copy of their refund policy which you can find on their website. Their refund policy is concise, professional and ethical. No problem whatsoever in returning an item and getting a refund. I’ve now filed a dispute with my Credit Card company and Facebook. Trust pilot already has at least 2 complaints regarding the same problem with these shirts. I am the 3rd. This company offers lots of different products. I would not purchase any of them EVER. Please be warned. Don’t make the same mistake. You will be highly disappointed!
