Usually this store has been a good experience. This time, the wording in their "Premium Sphagnum Moss" listings was deceptive. They say it's rated AAAAAA (which is something I've never seen before) and claim it to be the best long-fibered moss on the market. Well, it's not, and the rep confirmed that all of the bundles are the same. I had mostly junk, some 3 or 4 inch pieces, and a couple scragley longer ones. The reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is because the rep went ahead and refunded me, so I appreciate the customer service.

Received my first and will be my last order from rePotme. Plants are horrible quality. I ordered 7 plants and 5 were poor quality (torn leaves, distorted leaves, pathetically small plants, weak, not secure in their pots. These are $2 yard sale type plants. Not at all worth the money. Chinese Money plants were pathetic at best. White Princess was 1/2 way out of her pot and not enough soil. All these plants are in 4" square pots but should be in 2" pots...that's how small and pathetic they are. I've propagate bigger plants than these! Go elsewhere! Mountain Crest send nice healthy plants and if they are not good selection by staff, they will credit you back your money. We'll see what this company does. Not worth the aggravation of piss poor plants! Shouldn't have to do triage on infant plants.

I ordered a 10" orchid planter for over $100. The website said that I should get it within 3-5 days. It has been 15 days. First they cancelled my label. I am the one who brought it to their attention. Yesterday I called and they offered no solution. I am very disappointed with this company.
