It's a scam/joke! They charge you to file a claim and they never get back to you. You have to check the status of your claim just to get the same "no bag matching your description has been found yet". I would avoid any airline (KLM for me ) that FORCES you to use this service.

Scam alert do not use. I checked my bag in at SFO July 18 and my bag never arrived at my destination. When I alerted my airline they told me to register a claim with this company. Its a scam. They call you to make it sound like a legit business and ask questions about your luggae then after that just send useless emails saying we have no way to ask the airlines to help track your bag as we do not work for the airline. I should have know it was a scam as soon as they asked for payment prior to any service being delivered. They are simply praying on people's emotions regarding their lost luggage

This is a scam. It’s a well-designed website structured to make you believe it’s a legitimate company but all they do is email the airport lost and found service once and then send you lots of emails claiming they’re working hard to find your lost item.

Lost keys at Heathrow three weeks ago contacted lost and found It’s a total con you send money they say they have a locator number and will send item. Never received never reply to emails I went to Heathrow and retrieved keys myself!

Total scam. All email are sent automatically to make you think they are assisting you. I am sorry I used this service, but sometimes emotions get in the way of logic.
