Horrible Experience
Horrible Experience - Ordered watch 2/2018 - they replied that did not have watch and if I wanted to choose a different watch or a refund - this is after they conveniently withdrew amount from my credit card simultaneously as they sent e-mail before waiting for my response - not only that but they also took out an extra $50 from their advertised price - I responded I wanted a refund for the total amount charged - their response was they could only refund advertised price as the bank took out the other amount ???? - after struggling through several e-mails, I relented and told them to refund the advertised price - they then said it would be a month before I would receive the amount - I took my concerns to my credit company with all correspondence - the bank started a charge back - they never acknowledged bank - long story short - I finally received my full amount from the bank - three months later - Horrible Company
