Hello, thank you for this message. As you know, we've been providing assistance in response to your support request. The issue you experienced was something that could be resolved with a small amount of help from our support team (it was a user setup issue where you needed to open an email we sent you). Unfortunately, by the time we were made aware that you were having this issue, two weeks had passed since your purchase. Around the same time that you notified us of the issue, you also left this negative review. It's unfortunate that we didn't have the opportunity to assist you sooner, but we're glad that your account is now set up and the issue should be resolved. Hello, thank you for this message. You contacted our support team within the last 24 hours to let us know that the information we had for your vehicle was insufficient. While our coverage for most vehicles is very good, the one vehicle you tried was unfortunately an exception. This is rare, but unfortunately it can happen when covering over 10,000 vehicle models. Our support team responded quickly, apologized to you, and offered you the choice of two options to resolve the issue: several vouchers for other manuals, or a refund. You opted for a refund, and we issued one promptly. Like any business, we're not able to be perfect 100% of the time. The vast majority of our users have no issues, but when we do fall short, we acknowledge that, and we resolve it with respect and professionalism. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to write a negative review despite the prompt support, apology, and quick resolution you received, but we do wish you the best and hope you have success with your repairs.

Errors like that are rare, but unfortunately due to the scale of the data we provide, there's always a small possibility that it can happen. In those cases we're very proactive about resolving the issue, including a refund if necessary. Since you've already contacted our support team, they'll take it from there. We can not locate your account and assist you without a matching name or email associated with the account. Thank you for this feedback. We located your purchase in our system and were able to investigate the issue. Your purchase originated through a third-party marketplace. Afterward, you contacted us through our support system and requested help to set up your account with us. Before we were able to respond, you quickly filed a chargeback against the marketplace where you made your purchase. At the same time, you posted this review. We're not sure why, but we would've been happy to assist you if given the opportunity. Whether it's a case where we don't have adequate coverage for your vehicle, or any other issue, we're proactive about resolving issues for our customers. If we can't resolve it, then we refund your payment. There's no scenario in which such drastic actions are necessary to resolve an issue. That being said, since you're already been refunded and will no longer be using our product, it seems as though the matter is concluded. We wish you the best of luck and hope you're able to find what you need elsewhere.
