Hello, thank you for this feedback. It sounds like the information we had for your vehicle wasn't sufficient. Our coverage for most vehicles is very good, but that can happen sometimes when covering over 10,000 vehicle models. It's unfortunate that we didn't have the opportunity to assist you before you left this negative review. Please be assured that your support request will be investigated promptly and the issue will be resolved to your satisfaction. With regard to your comments, we should point out that we've been in business for over 20 years with thousands of happy customers. It sounds like the issue here is that we unfortunately didn't have sufficient information for your vehicle. This is rare but it can happen sometimes when covering so many vehicle models. In those cases we make it right for the customer, including a full refund if necessary. Regarding your other comment, YouTube and forums are great for general learning, but we don't recommend using them for specific repairs. The vehicle manufacturers don't either. There's a significant risk of incorrect/dangerous repairs if the information you're using has no connection to the vehicle manufacturer. Vehicles should either be repaired by a certified mechanic or a competent vehicle owner with access to information that comes from the manufacturer. All of that being said, we're truly sorry if we fell short in the information we have for your vehicle. You'll receive a reply from our support team soon to resolve your issue.
