SO I WENT TO ANOTHER PDF STYLE MANUAL WHICH STATED THAT IT COVERED MY 2014 LINCOLN MKX (WITH AWD). AFTER RECEIVING THE FILE, IT COVERED SEVERAL YEARS 2013-2015 NOT MENTIONING MY YEAR NOR THE LINCOLN BUT ONLY THE FORDS AND ONLY THE FRONT WHEEL DRIVES NOT THE AWD'S. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WASTED MONEY AT A TIME I NEEDED TO CHANGE OUT A FRONT RIGHT CV AXLE.

This is a scam. You cannot download the pdf, there is no pdf. They took the manual and put it on separate web pages and you cant download the support steps or the specs! I e asked for a refund for 5 days and they refuse! SCAM. DONT BUY.
