Hello, thank you for this feedback. We looked into this, and we were able to locate your messages in our support system. After reviewing these messages, there seems to have been a miscommunication. The agent acknowledged the issue with our information for your vehicle model, and apologized. These situations are rare but unfortunately it sometimes happens when dealing with over 10,000 vehicle models. The agent provided vouchers to unlock future manuals for free, or the option of a refund. Quoting from the agent's message, "I hope this is helpful. If not, I can cancel the vouchers and start working on a refund. But I would hate to lose you as a customer!" We believe the agent acted properly and did in fact offer to provide a refund. Many customers prefer vouchers for additional manuals instead, which is why we provide that option. But since you don't prefer the vouchers, we've refunded your payment at this time. Our wiring information is usually very good, with color diagrams or colors clearly labeled in the diagrams.
