If you're not completely satisfied with their product, they will give you a full refund. The manual I was interested in didn't have exactly what I was looking for (which wasn't surprising since VW themselves refuse to give out even fuse location information) in contacted them letting them know their manual didn't have the info I needed, and they gave me a full refund.
